Challenge
To acquire a new potential client for the business and position the internationally successful make-up and skincare brand Charlotte Tilbury to become the number one beauty brand in the world.

Approach
I played a key role in winning the major account by delivering comprehensive market, brand, and consumer analysis, alongside social insights. This included establishing key growth drivers to drive disproportionate growth with Gen-Z, and to position the brand territory from premium to luxury.

I delivered Post-acquisition growth strategy support and creative campaign activation concept delivery using new and innovative media partnerships to increase brand authority in the beauty-tech landscape.

Results
Post-acquisition growth strategy support contributed to a £138.2 million
revenue uplift within one year and helped the brand to secure third place in Media Impact Value ($355 million) as one of the most talked-about beauty brands.

Creative Campaign Activation: I delivered scalable creative platform concepts, leading to the "Beauty Transformation Tour," activated in 7 European cities across 6 countries, achieving key business KPIs.
