Wearable tech is a nascent category however is growing quite rapidly, and the challenge was to identify and deliver codes for winning at launch for the Ray-Ban Meta Smart glasses product.
Strategic Insight
Having supported 14 product launches in the tech retail industry grounded my ability to adapt to a fast-moving launch project and help the brand to gain competitive advantage over its competitors at speed.
Approach
Analysing the business i.e., market and competitor, brand understanding the audiences for this category, I identified a critical opportunity within the audience segmentation, with further analysis and interrogation. Additionally positioning recommendations for the implementation plan to support the launch activities.
Results
The Ray-Ban Meta 2023 smart glasses launch, achieving 23 million impressions and contributing to a 5.2% market leadership growth rate.
